3.Home Preparation:
Create a safe and welcoming environment for the parrot.
Parrot-proof your home to prevent accidents and provide a comfortable space for the parrot to adjust.
4.Adherence to Contract Terms:
Read and understand the sales contract provided by the breeder.
Comply with all terms, including those related to spaying/neutering, health guarantees, and return policies.
5.Health and Veterinary Care:
Schedule an initial veterinary visit shortly after bringing the parrot home for a health check-up.
Keep up with regular veterinary check-ups.
6.Proper Nutrition :

Ensure the parrot is well-integrated into your family and receives the attention and care it needs
- The Seller is not liable for any expenses for veterinarian or otherwise, incurred by the Buyer throughout the Parrot life.
- The Seller’s maximum liability to the Buyer for any and all losses, claims, damages, or liability of any kind shall be limited to the amount paid by the Buyer to the Seller under this agreement. Any expenses for health care requested of the Seller by the Buyer will be paid at the discretion of the Seller. If Buyer fails to comply with any aspect of this agreement, the Buyer forfeits any rights the Buyer may otherwise have.
- If legal proceedings become necessary, the Buyer agrees that all legal and/or court procedures take place in the county which the Seller resides.
- Any violation of the above written clauses will give the Seller the right to repose the African grey parrot For Sale.
We require a NON-REFUNDABLE £300 reservation deposit per parrot from potential buyers.
The balance is due when the parrot is picked up.
